Pink Bikini

I'm painting for the big Women's Getaway Weekend at Rosemary Beach the first weekend in Feb. Carole and I are the guest featured artists! We will be presenting paintings and photography and will be teaching a workshop, too. Should be lots of fun!
I've just finished this painting I started earlier today during my painting class! I'm trying to keep a simple look, somewhat abstract and simple. Your comments would be greatly appreciated!

Be Blessed!

What would it take to get a piece of commissioned art? I love the look of this stuff!

I saw your post on OSP-- and WOW! I am in my 3rd year as an art major, and really appreciate the quality of your work. Your color palette is really beautiful. I've never painted before (I just took my first drawing class last semester), and am really impressed that you do both painting and photo. Good luck at the conference!

Thanks, Amber! Just tell me you want me to do it, and I will. Let me know what size you might be interested in. I paint in oils on canvas. This painting is small - 10x20".

Awesome! I particularly love the upper half of this painting - something about the distressed look that totally appeals to me.

Claire your paintings are wonderful, and your photos are awesome! Great stuff, I love all of it! The blog and new web site are kickin too! Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiicee!

I didn’t know you were a twin. My mom is an identical twin too. It is hard to believe but my grandmother had three sets of twins. One from each of the other two sets passed on early in life so I never met them. My mom and Aunt are unreal though; they feel each other’s pain and communicate on a whole different level. Bet you can relate to all of that though. So cool being a twin!

Girl...you are WAY too talented! :) I'm jealous that I can't go to Florida - I have a wedding that weekend or I would have totally signed up!
